Vision insurance is designed to help cover routine eye exams, eyeglasses, and contact lenses.

Medical insurance is used when diagnosing, treating, or monitoring eye health conditions such as dry eye disease, glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic eye disease, eye infections, injuries, or other medical concerns affecting the eyes.
